Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Plumbing Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our plumbing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing principles and practices, as well as experience managing and motivating teams.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the plumbing department, including scheduling, dispatching, and managing technicians
Develop and implement training programs for technicians
Work with the sales team to generate leads and close deals
Manage the company's inventory and purchasing
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations
Qualifications
